PFSA package
The Preliminary Feasibility & Site Assessment (“PFSA”) is a paid engagement priced at $2,500. Deliverables and timing are described on the engagement page. Refunds are not offered once the PFSA report has been delivered. Payment is processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s terms.
Intellectual property
Site content, the Bcal Energy name, and the IncentiveAgent and DG Wire marks are the property of Bcal Energy. The “FCE1500” reference describes commercially available equipment from FuelCell Energy, Inc.; Bcal Energy is not affiliated with that company.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bcal Energy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
